You can start feeling better about damn near everything in your life.
It starts with a choice- but it’s WAY more complicated than that.
It’s not enough to just say “I’m going to choose to feel better!” Sometimes that can work- but usually not. Hence why shit starts to feel awful.
Things like:
-The fact that your partner can never load the dishwasher
-Your Tinder date won’t text you back right away
-Your back hurts, your knees hurt- WHY IS YOUR BODY LIKE THIS!
-Your best friend is ALWAYS late for your coffee dates
-You’re late for work
-You’re stuck in traffic
-Your plane was delayed
-WHY DID SHE SAY THAT?
-Why did she say it LIKE THAT?
Right? So many things cause us a cascade of emotions, and before we know it- we’re completely unaware of why we’re mad, why we’re sad, why we feel the way we feel.
