I’m telling you- I get weirder and weirder with each passing episode. And I liiiike it!  Today, we’re talking about intrinsic vs. extrinsic motivation, and which one you NEED in order to be able to adopt a healthy lifestyle once and for all.  I make a mention to a certain study- and here is the link if you want more information on that here.There are NUMEROUS studies out there that also support the fact that exercise has been proven to help reduce anxiety and depression.
