Progress doesn’t happen linearly. You’re going to have setbacks- plenty of them. Sick days, travel weeks, injuries. Days where you don’t feel like it. Days where you’re crushing it. You’ll have weaker days and slower days. Then you inch forward. Lather, rinse, repeat.
