Attention Economy: Does Your Offer Suite Need a Reset?

Here’s a hard truth that more online business owners need to hear:

We can only sell to the people whose attention we can capture.
Since we’re in the attention economy- attention is hard to come by.

If you’re trying to market a big, beefy, all-in-one signature offer that solves lots of vague problems… odds are, no one’s even paying enough attention to understand it. Let alone buy it.

The game has changed.

The way people buy has changed.
The way people engage has changed.
And yes, that means the way you sell needs to change too.

Right now, we’re all living in a world where:

  • People are slower to commit

  • Trust is lower than ever

  • And attention is being pulled in 100 directions every second

Your brilliant, high-value offer might still be amazing. But if it’s asking for more attention than it’s earned-
it’s probably not converting.

Why your offer might not be working anymore

Let’s talk about what’s not working anymore—because it’s not you, it’s the landscape.

Here’s what I’m seeing struggle in the online space:

  • Vague memberships that try to serve everyone but don’t clearly solve one thing

  • Expensive, high-commitment offers with no clear path to build trust first

  • Offers that were built in 2020 for an audience that was stuck at home and desperate for support

Spoiler: that’s not the world we’re living in anymore.

People are back to in-person fitness. They’re busier. They’re spending less time online—and when they are online, they’re distracted and skeptical.

What is working right now?

We’re seeing a shift back to simplicity, clarity, and accessibility.

The offers that are converting in this season are:

✅ Shorter
✅ Laser-focused
✅ Easy to understand
✅ Paired with a smaller, more accessible on-ramp (like a webinar or mini-course)

If your signature offer is the full meal, think of these on-ramps as the sample tray.
Let people taste what you do. Build trust in smaller moments. Make it easy to say yes.

You don’t need a massive funnel.
You don’t need 19 offers.
You just need a smarter, tighter path to a “yes.”

It’s time to audit your offer suite.

If your sales feel stuck, it might be time to ask yourself:

  1. Is this offer solving one clear problem?

  2. Can someone understand it in five seconds or less?

  3. Do I have an on-ramp or low-risk entry point?

  4. Am I still marketing to the version of my audience from 2020?

If you’re not sure—or if you’re cringing just a little—don’t panic. That just means your business is ready for its next evolution.

Your offers don’t need to be bigger.
They need to be sharper.
They need to earn attention before they ask for action.
And they need to meet your people where they are—not where they used to be.

So… does your offer suite need a reset?
You’ll know the answer.
