What good is your physical health if you’re a walking-talking ass hole to yourself?
Ever leave the doctor’s office feeling like you just need to get a grip on your health and then find yourself on another diet? Yeah… that’s common. It’s also not the whole picture. Sure, there are parts of our health that can be improved by how much we move and what we eat, but it’s not the whole picture. Diet culture will tell you that the ONLY thing that matters is what you eat and don’t eat and how much you weigh- but, something’s missing. Actually, A LOT is missing.
