This chocolate ice cream with peanut butter swirls.
I am not an ice cream fan. I don’t crave it, it makes me thirsty, and I’m in denial about how lactose intolerant I am. But ya’ll, this ice cream is so good. It has yet to become hardened in the freezer and scoops out so smoothly each time. There’s the perfect amount of peanut butter in every bite.
These Alexia Sweet Potato Tots
Pre-heat your air fryer. Toss these tots in, cook according to package, giving them ’em a good shake around the halfway mark. They come out so crispy and so perfect every time. (Dip them in some BBQ sauce for the perfect side to almost any meal.) I’m not even that big of a sweet potato fan, but these are next level tasty.
These Gluten Free Fried Pickles
I love gluten. I want to roll around on soft baked bread when I die and go to heaven. I will fight you for the last breadstick at Olive Garden. I would do crazy things for a Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit. My husband, however, has Celiac. Poor guy was diagnosed over 13 years ago and has been missing out on the delicious taste and texture of gluten ever since. Lucky for him, his wife is a non-denominational food lover and our house is often stocked with all sorts of gluten free food and snacks.
These GF Fried Pickles are delicious! The brand, Good Day, has different options to choose from. They’re not always in stock or carried at the Target we go to, so we often have to be on the lookout for when they’re back.
Could you imagine never being able to eat fried pickles ever again? I can’t. These are a great substitute when you don’t want to make your own. Honestly, they’re a great choice even if you don’t have celiac and just want to munch on some fried pickles! (Full transparency: I’ve never tried any non-GF frozen fried pickles so I have nothing to compare them to other than bar food, but they’re honestly pretty good!)
