Creating Good Money Karma

I don’t have a spreadsheet to prove this. I don’t have a case study or a stat. But I do believe in a kind of “money karma.”

No, not in the “just manifest it, babe!” kind of way. But in the “be the change you wish to see in the world” kind of way. The energetic kind. The relational kind. The kind that says: the way I treat money might have something to do with how it treats me.

Here’s what good money karma looks like in my world:

  • Being generous—with discernment.
Tipping well. Treating my sister to get her nails done. Sending a gift to a friend just because. When it’s within my means, I let money move in meaningful ways.

  • Never owing people money.
I know how gross it feels to be owed money—and I don’t want to be the reason someone else feels that way. If I owe, I pay. Quickly and clearly.

  • Being a good client.
I pay invoices on time. I don’t ghost service providers. I believe that how I show up in financial relationships influences the kind of financial relationships I attract.

  • Running a clean business.
These days, I’m clear about what I charge, how payments work, and what’s expected. But when I first started, I was scared of money—and so money was kind of scared of me, too. I’ve learned that clarity creates trust. And trust helps money flow.

Here’s the core belief:

Money is energy. It’s meant to move. And when you treat it with clarity, kindness, and respect, it often returns the favor.

Good money karma isn’t about being perfect—it’s about being intentional.

Start by asking:

  • Where am I holding onto money too tightly?

  • Where could I be a little more clear?

  • What would it look like to clean up the energy around my finances?

You don’t have to turn into a woo-woo money priestess overnight. You just have to be willing to be in a real, respectful relationship with your money.

Let it move.
Let it feel good.
Let the karma come back around.
