My Biggest Fear In Life

My biggest fear used to be getting fat.

Everything I did was centered around not gaining a single ounce- no really, EVERYTHING I did.

Since I’ve left the vicious cycle of diet culture, I have a new biggest fear: living a passive and reactive life where things feel like they happen TO me instead of FOR me.

My biggest fear is to be like a water buoy just bopping around in life with no rhyme or reason, no goals, no passions- just, floating around aimlessly and lost with no direction.

Do you ever feel like that?

First you gotta know what your values are- then act accordingly.

Then you gotta figure out who you are and who you’re trying to be. Example: “I want to be a business owner.” Ok cool- now do things that business owners do, while staying true to your values.

“I want to be strong AF.” Ok cool, what do strong af people do?

“I want to be more confident.” AWESOME. what do confident people do?

“I want to get better at managing my money.” What do people who are good at managing their money do?

Remember, it’s not enough to just sit around talking about who you want to be or what you want to do- you have to go and do it. It’s as hard and as simple as that.

As always, don’t just talk about it- be about it. Go make shit happen.
